About Me

From Nuclear Systems to Neural Systems

I spent 15 years in the UK nuclear power industry — environments where precision is the only standard and the gap between what you know and what you deliver under pressure has real consequences.

I was a Project Manager and Apprentice Manager. I understood systems, risk, and what it means to perform in a zero-error environment.

I also knew what it felt like to sit in a high-stakes meeting with the right answer and feel my heart rate spike before I could get the words out.

Why I Do This

That performance glitch isn't a skills problem. It isn't a confidence problem. It's a biological one — a nervous system that's been trained to treat high-stakes professional moments as physical threats.

With my background, I wasn't interested in breathing exercises or mindset coaching that fell apart the moment the pressure was actually on. I needed something systematic. Evidence-based. Something that targeted the mechanism, not the surface.

EFT Tapping wasn't what I expected to find — but the research was there: over 100 peer-reviewed studies showing measurable reduction in stress markers. I tested it on myself first. The results were consistent. I qualified to practitioner and then master level, and I now use the same systems-management approach from my nuclear career to help professionals close the gap between their expertise and their execution.

My approach is structured around three stages:

🎯 Isolate Triggers: Pinpoint exactly where your "performance friction" occurs.

⚙️ Regulate the Response: Use precision tapping protocols to calm the nervous system at the source.

🧠 Neural Rehearsal: Systematically stress-test your upcoming high-stakes scenarios in a calm state, so your brain builds a blueprint for success before you walk in the room.
