I help people overcome anxiety, phobias, and emotional overwhelm using EFT — a gentle, evidence-based technique that works quickly and deeply.

I’m James, a certified EFT Master Practitioner. My journey into EFT began after seeing my brother overcome a serious hospital and needle phobia linked to his rare skin condition. Witnessing that transformation inspired me to explore tapping more deeply.

After nearly 15 years in nuclear engineering and multiple life-changing trips across Asia and Latin America, I retrained to focus on helping others. I bring my science-based, evidence-first approach to EFT, supporting clients with stress, anxiety, phobias, trauma, and emotional blocks.
